Everyone I know or barely know or whose blog I read seems sure that Barack Obama. will win. However, I can't imagine that the big bad scary United States can forget its unrealistic, racial and political fears long enough to vote for a left wing black guy.
You have to watch both videos in order to make sense of the second one.
The same people filmed eight years later.

Such a horrid and low election cycle, with plenty to appeal to the worst instincts in everyone.
If I ever had had any idea to support McCain, that ended with his pick of Sarah Palin as his running mate. I found that choice just BEYOND insulting to thinking women. And once she opened her mouth...good lord...all downhill from there.
I have heard absolutely jaw-dropping statements made. A co-worker firmly believes Obama is Muslim, and she doesn't care what anyone says. An interviewee on the radio today (who insisted she's not racist) was saying that if Obama is elected, Black America will collectively wage war in the streets--"payback" for past injustices.
The one point that just isn't hammered on enough is that McCain is a melanoma survivor in his mid-70s. If he were to be elected, there is a very real possibility that he wouldn't live out his term and then BINGO--President Palin! That prospect makes my eyeballs throb just thinking about it.
If that ever comes to pass, can I camp out in your spare bedroom? I can shovel snow and cook!
Here's the story of how the "Wassup" sequel got made, by the same guy who created the original idea, on a shoestring budget.
